Simple, just ask yourself...

Do you want a smaller manueverable "quickie"(mojave), or a larger sport animal(warrior)? Big and powerful(warrior) or small and quick(mojave)? Power(warrior) or maneuverability(mojave)? The warrior is faster, but in will feel "snappy" on a Mojave.

Warrior = Hell yeah
Mojave = Woo-hoo
(whatever you think that means)

It's all about the difference in feel and style. My Q's above describe the difference.

I'm 5'-4" tall and I'm very comfortable but my friend who is 6'-0" is cramped on my mojave. THe mojave responds very well to hop-ups and there will be elc. start kit soon. (see my comments on other heading)

I personally like my Mojaves. I'm 5'8" and 150LBs and I feel very comfortable, but it is nothing like a 250R, or larger quad. If you like quickness and a very good handling quad, go with the Mojave. But if you like speed and the feel of a heavy quad that doesn't have that good of handling, go with the Warrior. It's really up to how you like to ride, hard and fast Warrior, fast and quick Mojave.
RiDe did you sell one of your Mojaves and buy a Warrior??

I'm 6'1" and I don't feel cramped at all on my Mojave, it's a great ATV. If you get a Mojave, and it has a non red or other bad match colored frame, go get the year 2000 plastic for it, it makes the machine look AWESOME! It handles well, wont win in a race vs. a Warrior though. I'm not so sure I'd say the Warrior feels heavy, in fact I really liked the way the suspension felt on the warrior I rode, it was VERY plush. Goki Mfg. is soon to release an electric starter for the mojave (probably around $250.) As far as top speed etc, the Mojave has ample power for an average sized rider. Top speed, is a little low with stock gearing, but for $15 you can buy a new 13 tooth 'countershaft' sprocket from the dealer, and your top speed will be easily enough to whoop up on even modified 300EX's. (In stock form, my Mojave was easily able to beat my friends stock 250X.) Lastly, the single BEST attribute of the Mojave, which makes up for most everything else is the price. You can't touch a Warrior or 300EX, etc for the price you can jump onto a Mojave for. If you wanna get into the sport, without breaking your bank, the Mojave is easily the way to go. It was my first ATV, and I have no regrets about buying it.

Hey man I have a 1999 Yamaha Warrior and my brother has a 1999 Kawasaki Mojave. And let me tell ya something they are both awesome machines. He can take that Mojave through anything. If you want something small and strong go with the Mojave. If you want power speed and ground clearance go with the Warrior.
