Bayou bushing probs...

I have an '86 Bayou 300, that im totally rebuilding. I need some help; I cant get the front a-arm bushings out, i want to know if there is some special procedure for getting them out, i have ben knocking on the bolts but they just wont move. Any help is greatly appreciated

I am not familur with the kawaski setup your working on..but I know for a general rule.. must front end suspension bushings need to be pressed out... maybe you can take to a independent shop and have them press it out for you.. or a machine shop.. or you may even try a Auto Tech Class... they are usually very nice and willing to help people with problems.
