I just bought a black spring for my 03 P650 but cant find instructiong on putting it in, Can some one give me some help? Thanks

Ive already been to nyrocs site and found instrucsions for the primary spring but not for the secondary spring..

 

Go to Nyroc's "Prairie 650-Belt Shim Procedure" technical tip.

 

There is a document titled "Prairie 650 - Driven Spring Removal and Compressor Tool". It referse you to the belt shim procedure document. Kawasaki calls it the driven pulley, not secondary. You might have found it otherwise.

Gosh, I spent hours working on the word search function so people could search for "any" of a few words or search for "all" words in a serach string.

 

nyroc, you have an excellent site but its hard to cover all the bases. Also, the bigger and better it gets "which it has since last time I was there" the harder the bases will be to cover. But, for what its worth I think you are doing a fine job with your site.

I've printed everything pertaining to the the Prairie 650, punched holes, and placed them in a three-ring binder in my garage next to the Prairie Manual and Service Manual. Great site; Nyroc has sold more bikes than a lot of dealers, just with the site.

It's to bad Kawasaki doesn't reward him for it.

I contacted kawasaki about sponsorship, and they told me no.

I was a little unhappy about it and almost contacted yamaha or honda.

I could do a better job for kawasaki if I had more kawasaki models. That is all I wanted from kawasaki is a few other quads besides the 650 so I could cover them too.
