why pay when they can get information for free.

I know you are joking, but the sad part is that some dealers actually make money from repair work that is substandard. The dumb ones probably could greatly benefit from the tech tips.
However, I am happy to say that one of the dealers near me seems like their repair department is plenty smart and doesn't need help from anybody. The second dealer is OK, but could use some improvement. The third dealer (one in town) is just plain stupid and should not be allowed to sell anything but lawn mowers.

Ya, the sad part is that Kawasaki doesn't know how much money you save them and cost their dealers.

How many people have gotten jetting information or spring information or belt tighten infor, from your site. This is all work the dealer would have done as warranty work a few years back.
