Default Prairie 700 Noise

On my recently purchased Prairie 700, I have noticed a noise coming from the rear-end. While traveling on a slight decline on a moderately bumpy logging road, I noticed a rattling noise coming from the rear. To try and isolate the cause, I traveled in neutral with the engine running then in neutral with the engine off. The noise seemed to be coming from the rear differential/shaft assembly. On a smooth surface, the noise is not present. Can anyone identify the cause of this noise???

I have been told it has something to do with the KEBC engine braking system. My Prairie 650 and my wifes 650 both do it also. Kinda annoying but seems to be normal. Have read other posts on the same. Take care.

My 03 P650 has that in low range on rough slow down hills but it seems like the front or clutch area to me. I believe it is the engine braking system.
The Yamaha Kodiak system does it also.
