Has anyone done airbox mods? What were the results? I'm thinking of just cracking the lid an inch and rejetting.

if you do put pipes on it you will have to change the pink spring again, the pink spring does not work with pipes its made for stock vforces

D.G. has a snork, but the stock one is pretty good. Try Thunder Products for air box vents.
Keep that belt tight.

The pink spring will NOT give any more top speed, rather, what it WILL GIVE YOU is more "punch"/torque in the mid-range and top end. The engine stays in it's little "sweet spot" and it will pull pretty d@mned hard right up the the rev. limiter. IMO very much worth the $20.00! I have been hearing the the DMC pipes are making the most power on the GNCC circuit. Don't know about the Dayton pipes.
