another V Force bent tie rod

another V Force bent tie rod
Same story as the others - hit a tree and bent the tie rod
Luckily, Two other riding buddies and I bent the rod back - by hand -
one on the wheel, two on the tie rod - bent back in seconds
questions:
If I replace the rods with stock ones,
they will bend, but my wrist and bike wont break
If I replace them with stronger, aftermarket rods
they wont bend when they need to, and the trouble starts
I am a weekend rider, but hit the trails like I'm racing for money.
I have never bent rods before, and I have hit my share of jumping trees
I hope to find a tie rod that is stronger, but not indestructable -
gotta save the wrist and the V Force
Any installation procedure advise would be helpful
