how does the kfx400 handle in trails versus the 400ex, also does it wheelie as easy or better than a EX?

 

haha, its funny you should ask. I bought a new kfx400 in april and I mastered wheelies in no time. Crack the throttle in 3rd and the front end comes right up. I love this thing to death. I can ride 3rd gear wheelies literally for miles. I can't say enough good things about the kfx400, WOW. I have smoked 400ex, scrambler 500's, banshee, and I would like to race a raptor, ds650, v-force, etc. About the trails, kfx400 is the one, and not just because I own one, I have previously owned a 400ex and it doesn't even compare to the kfx. well mine is stock and ive been clocked at 69 not the most accurete clocking but thats the number i go with ... which btw will NOT beat a banshee... so i dont know what your saying you must have mods mine is stock right now... but for the trails is is awesome!!i loev it, i like it more than the raptor which sits in my garage and has been for umm 5 months lol

 

I raced an '02 bone-stock banshee and mine is bone-stock and in about a 100 yard race, I beat him, but any further than that, his top speed had me and he was gone. One of the variables could have been him not hooking up that great, but that's his problem. He was pissed that I beat him. How does the kfx run compared to the raptor? That is the one quad that I would love to race. Oh, and how are you at wheelies, I just love riding wheelies. I ride wheelies on the edge of town where I'm from and people literally pull over and watch me. Its awesome, I have some pics and videos of it, but I dont know how to get pictures on here.

 

The KFX is an awesome quad. One of my favorites. Handles good and wheelies great. I could wheelie that thing better than my YFZ. I would still have it if it wasn't for the frames being weak and breaking. I wasn't going to take any chances. They do make gusset kits for them, I just didn't want to mess with it.
