Everybody having trouble with Thumb Throttles and regular extensions take a look
at the Pictures on bfb650b2's site. This mod is cheap and easy to make and takes a lot
of the pressure off your Thumb. It gives you better control and lets you use the front brake easier
and quicker . All you need is a short piece of metal and two tie wraps.

I removed mine and filed off the dowel that locates it to Kawasaki's preference. It tightens back up and will not roll unless you hit a tree or something. My thumb got a numbing \ cramping combination untill I did this. I guess if you need more the bent metal addition is good also.

bfb650BEARCAT...Great gallery!

Oxygen...Great idea! I'm going to build my own extension ASAP, I alway get that tired, tingling thumb when I ride for very long.

I tried something fairly easy. When I got my quad, the handlbars seemed to be tilted too far forward. I loosened the handlbar clamps and moved the bar rearward. This also improved the thumb throttle angle.
