Vforce carb slides
#1
I was cleaning my air cleaner last night. I checked the slide movement with my finger and found the front carb slide only opening half way ! The spring inside the carb was not seated in the slide properly. I had put Dynojet needles in two months ago. Funny thing is, the V was running great. Now it runs even better. If you have adjusted your needles, check your slides the next time your in the airbox.

Man, my rear slide return spring was actually broken in two places, I now own 4 extras because that incident prevented me from going to Hollister a few weeks back. Funny thing was my V was running pretty good too, just a little cough at very low throttle. Those springs are cheap to buy so I figured I'd get a few.

I like the HMF duals, they gave me a good increase in power; not as pretty as the Yosh. but they work well. I would recommend them to anyone, just get the "quiet cores" they're worth it. No need for the dial-a-jet, running perfect from bottom to top.

What setting do you have your Dial-Jets-On for the HMF Dual and do you have the TPI Vents
