does anybody know about the warranty

Your best bet to answer that question is to ask they guys at the Kawasaki dealer of your choice, be specific in telling them what you want to do and allways talk to the service manager or owner. Then if something happens you know where to take your machine and they allready know what youve done to it.

There is a law in this country about modifications. I don't remember all the details, but read about it on the web somewhere. The modification has to cause the problem in order for them to deny the warranty.
If you burn a piston, the exhaust mod or holeshot would void it. If you break a CV, they can't say anything about your engine mods and you could take legal action if they refused warranty.
However, I have heard some of the silliest stupid froth spewing from the mouths of ATV dealers. They may tell you all kinds of things.

Its called the Magnusson-Moss act. I think it deals more with cars, but could spill over into off road special purpose vehicles. They have to prove that the modification caused the malfunction, such as a person who puts a trans cooler on their truck and a few months later the trans goes out. Obviously if it didnt leak or restrict the flow it didnt cause the problem, but they refused to work on it anyway. The Magnusson-Moss act helped them to fix it.
