Hey there.. I got friend of mine that has 95 Kawi 300 4x4 and has been having trouble putting his bike in High range and keeping it in.. just keeps popping out.. He had it apart to oil and grease everything and it lasted a day or two.. Is there any info on some kind of adjustment or has anyone had any experience with this type of problem? I kinda want to help him out cause hes retired and can't really fix it himself.. Thanks for any help!

 

if your talking about a bayou 300 4x4 (my favorite atv) then either adjust the rod between the tranny and the selector or make sure you really slam the selector to high/low. Mine sometimes poped out unless I totally made sure it fully engaged.
