Has anyone ordered anything from recreation unlimited in the last 2 weeks I have posted this before that I ordered a set of plastic over 3 monthes ago and nothing no responses or anything, I have tried to get my money back but the phone lines have been busy every day every 5 min. for the last 2 to 3 weeks I am very frusterated so has anyone done business with these people I dont know what happend I have done business with them before[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img] so every one beware!!!!!

I havn't but you could possible contact the better buisness bureu in there area.

 

I have been waiting on a refund since Oct 1, but nothing. I did get an answer the other day, but it was a machine. Good luck.

 

thanks for replying I just filed a complaint with the BBB in there area and I just tried to call and got an answering machine but I have left a million messages before and nothing[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img]

 

If every one that is having a problem with them will get together and call the bbb at the same time they will do something about it what I don't know but they do have some authority I think.

 

My brother just ordered a set of rings and a set of brake pads from them a couple of weeks ago, no problems. They told him the big hurricane that came through a while back had caused them a lot of problems.

 

Hey '98 Lakota have you heard anything back on your refund?? I have filed a complaint to the BBB so maybe you should as well and hopefully they will get our money back, although very doubtfull so whoever reads this RECREATION UNLIMITED are nothing but crooks and they suck[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]

No refund yet. I have ordered from them several times in the past with no problems at all. I guess it only takes one time though.

 

I hope you get your money back, I too have ordered several hundreds of dollars of stuff from them too. I spoke with a rep from Dirtwheels Magazine and they owe them money as well, so this really sucks.
