Howdy all. I'm new to the forum. I have a 1986 Bayou 300, and I have a knocking sound coming form the engine at higher RPM's. It was old, so I thought it needed a top end, so I replaced it. Put it back together, same problem. I checked the crank and counter balance bearings, and they are tight. Anybody have that problem?

 

Most all 300 Bayou's knock some.....I say run it till it dies[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
