Difference between V-Force 700A1 V-Force 700B1
#1
In my V-Force 700 manual I see there is a "A1" and a "B1" version........what's the difference??? For there to be a B1 (or a second version) I would think there must have been changes. Thanks.

The B1 is the limited edition in Lava Red or Matrix Carbon. The A1 is the green or orange. Other than the plastic, the shocks are different colors, and replacing the fenders is more than twice as expensive. You can see this (not the price, but the other info) by going to the www.kawasaki.com, clicking "Vehicle Information" and then clicking "View Parts Diagrams" and then selecting the KFX-700. Don't worry, you didn't miss an upgrade.
I see that you have AC nerfs... I got my AC nerfs in the mail and I can't get them on. It's like I need a hydraulic log splitter to bend them into the right shape. I can see from the pictures that these are the right ones, but they're off by about an inch and I can't get them mounted to my pegs, or if I mount them to my pegs, I can't get them mounted to the frame. What am I doing wrong? What's the trick to get these buggers installed?

flashturbo, thanks for the info. You hit the nail on the head.....wanted to make sure I didn't miss an upgrade. As far as the AC nerf bars go I have actually not mounted them yet. I believe I'm going to have problems mounting mine as well. The smaller diameter tube (that slips into the right nerf bar connecting both bars under the machine) that is butt welded to the left nerf bar was welded on VERY crooked and was not centered. Just slipping them together on my livingroom floor I can see I'm going to have problems. I will call AC Racing on Monday.

Check out www.ditchpickle.com for AC nerf bar install....I believe Alan who runs the site has a topic on this.

OK I just came in after getting my AC nerf ball installed. I used my jack and some clamps to help me get the bars into position. Thanks for the info anyway at least I can see how much easier it could have been.
