Default Trail Tech speedo?

What I realy want is a tachometer but the Trail Tech speedo is the only thing I can find. Has a couple useful features, does anyone have experience with it, good or bad?

I have one on my Warrior, it works great. Not sure if its dead on, but seems to be accurate with other quads that have stock speedo's. Never checked it with a car or gps. Took about 2 hours to install mainly because i didnt use direction. There are tach's available talk to newbeatle or prairiewrench they may now where to find them.

I have one on my 01 Raptor, it's O.K., but I like my GPS better, and the accuracy of the MPH is much better too! I don't think it is all that reliable, and I have to change the battery a lot. If you got the money, get a great GPS mounted on your quad.

How could a GPS stand up to hard ridding? Do they design them specificaly for ATV's The trail tech speedo has a nice aluminum handlebar clamp/speedo mount that looks real sweat.

I have a Magellan Gold with the handle bar mount, no problems at all for me. Also they have the sport by magellan that have a bracket with it. You can see you speed, where you've been, how to get back, mark way points so you can remember them, and upload them to your computer. Plus see how far you went. They rock!
