What, exactly, ARE you trying to do, ATV_MAN?
Just between you and me, what kind of response do you expect from the Kawasaki forum, posting there, "Kawasakis are no flippin' good, right?"
Kawasaki owners then likely respond, "Yep, ATV_MAN. You heard right. Kawasakis are junk, and we are all fools for buying them and riding them."
Now, no offense to you, I'M NOT TRYING TO MAKE ANYONE MAD BUT THIS IS WHAT I HEARD about your wife/girlfriend. She . . . . . . Is this true?
Do you get my point?
You "heard" these things? Did you ever consider asking your sources WHY they believe Kawasakis are so bad?
Since Kawasakis are no good, did your informants tell you why the Kawasaki Prairie was selected "Quad of the Year" when introduced?
What are their weak points? Shortcomings? Modes of failure?
And, how do they know this? Personal experience? Observation? Extensive research and testing?
You weren't even curious how your sources reached their conclusion?
What else did your sources tell you? Did you believe that, also?
For more information on Kawasakis, you might read about the 2000 Bayou 300 4X4 in the "Quad Reviews" section, accessible from the ATV Connection home page. Or, ask the individuals who told you how bad Kawasakis are to read the article and then tell you what it says.
You provide a one question "true or false" test, ATV_MAN:
"True or false? Kawasakis are no good."
With no specificity in your question, one answer is about as useful to you as another.

2 Things....
#1 Tree Farmer....WOAH!
#2 I've owned my Kawi bikes for 8 years now and the only parts I've replaced are the brake pads, plugs, filters, and oil. Hell, I've still got an '87 Mojave 110 when I was a child and it still runs fine! They take a beating, that's one fact!

Why choose the Kawasaki ATVs forum to inform readers you believe Hondas are superior, ATV_MAN? What use do you expect readers to make of that information? Since you've already made your mind up, then why ask the question whether Kawasakis are as bad as you "heard?"
