IVE ONLY BEEN JUMPING SINCE I GOT MY VFORCE IN APRIL 03. I START EVERY NEW JUMP WITH CAUTION! THE MAIN THING IVE LEARNED IS TO BE ONE WITH THE VFORCE LOL. SPEED IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR, TAKING A JUMP TO SLOW LEADS TO NOSE DIVING AND LACK OF MOMENTUM WHICH HURTS[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] START WITH A GOOD CONSTANT SPEED TO THE MOUTH OF THE JUMP AND PUNCH IT FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE HILL TO THE TOP AND LET OFF THE GAS WHEN YOU START TO BECOME AIRBORN. YOU WILL MORE THAN LIKELY LAND ON ALL FOUR WHEELS, AN THAT IS IT. AS YOU LEARN TO BECOME A BETTER JUMPER PLAY WITH THE GAS AND BRAKE IN MID AIR TO SEE HOW THE BIKE RESPONDS. MORE GAS FRONT END GOES UP, BRAKE FRONT END GOES DOWN. IM NOT A PRO BY ANY MEANS BUT I CAN HOLD MY OWN WITH BETTER BIKES WITH OK RIDERS.

THAT IS A CRAZY HIGH JUMP! I THINK IVE COME CLOSE TO THAT ON OUR LOCAL PRO MX TRACK ON THE 100FT TABLETOP, I THINK MY BEST ON THAT JUMP IS ABOUT 50FT BUT I REALLY GETS YOU HIGH IN THE AIR. ROCKSVFORCE, thanks for the pointers......that's exactly what I was looking for. My desire to jump is so great that while I was inbetween quads, I was doing mini jumps with my kid's Predator 90. How pathetic is that. I weigh about 180 so I didn't want to beat on it. THANKS again!!!!

IM GETTING MY SON A ETON VIPER 90 FOR CHRISTMAS, IM 6' 200#, IM GOING TO TRY IT OUT ON THE PEEWEE TRACK AT OUR MX TRACK. SHOULD BE FUN?![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img] I THINK MY WIFE IS GETTING ME A NEW YFZ450 FOR CHRISTMAS AND I WILL BE SELLING THE 650 PRAIRE BECAUSE I NEVER RIDE IT DUE TO BEING AT THE TRACK OR AT THE DUNES. THE PRAIRE ISNT A BAD JUMPER THOUGH! I WILL HAVE TO SPREAD MY TIME BETWEEN THE V AND THE 450. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
