It might be mounted a bit low but it's tons better than stock. I gouged the front skidplate on my stock bumper right through the metal the very first time I rode my quad, my ProArmor has a few gouges but it didn't bend or anything. The more rigid your quad is, the more impact your body has to take. It bolted on no problem, as did their rear bumper. I think the DG fat stuff looks pretty cool too, FWIW.
