If the HL module hooks up to the exact same cdi wires as a DG Holeshot module, then the on/off switch is pretty easy. All I did was insert the pink wire that goes into the cdi on one "center" of the switch. Then I connected the the other pink wire (going to the speed sensor) to one side of the switch. Lastly, I connected the module's wire (the one that is supposed to be connected directly to the CDI pink wire) to the other side of the switch. That should make the switch (which must be a "on/on" style SPDT switch) work so that you will either get the stock signal or the HL module signal.

Of course, you still have the other 2 wires to connect on the module itself (assuming it hooks up exactly the same as the DG holeshot module).

Good luck and let us know how it works out.

Who did you hear that it would ship tomorrow from? Last i convered with Dan at HL he said shipping would be delayed 10-12 days due to the Electircal Whiz that designed it having an idea to make more power. I hope your right that it will ship tomorrow but i don't think they will be able to do the nessecary changes and testing in three days.

I called 1/14 and spoke to Jeff. I called to inquire if the module was in. He said he did not think so but put me on hold to check. When he returned he said, "sure enough it's in." I ask when they would be shipping the item to me and was told either that same day or the next.
Just crossing my fingers. Hopefully Jeff can take Dan )

Dan, from highlifter, posted that it was going to be tweaked by their engineers for about 10 days to add more power, now this Jeff guy says that they are shipping them out as soon as they hit the door? It really sounds like they are being made outside and repackaged by highlifter. Only time will tell I suppose.

I agree. I really don't care either. It is -4 degrees here today. I have been using one of my prairie to help pulling trees on my land that I have cut but days like today @#@!
All week it has been like this. I look forward to warm days like anything over 15degrees F.
I live in Ma.

Wow, I wasn't going to ride here today because the high was only going to be a chilly 51 degs. Riding at 50MPH in sub-zero temps must feel like your riding around on Mars.

I spoke to highlifter today. New story is that the whole shipment was returned!????@??@?$@#
They said perhaps another month.
That's fine. Maybe the temp. will reach freezing by then.
S!@# if it was in the 50's here I would probably go swimming instead of riding.

I see on the High Lifter forum that HL just posted the price for their HL module for $109.95. What does that tell you. Sounds like a pike wire hook-up.
