Mr. Dunlap, what kind of HP gains will I see with your 785 kit and CDI unit? Can I expect an increase in top speed as well?

I don't quote HP numbers because it dosn't matter how much it makes it's how good it performs on the ground that matters to me. Beside I know of two companys that have got my kits to copy and they will claim more HP because they use "sexed up dyno numbers"to sell there products. You will gain everywhere and get there alot quicker. As far as the CDI boxes I made the stage 2 to run with my kit, don't exspect it to give any major improvements on a stock atv.

Well here are the results of the test, only one of Procom CDI would work. With the Procom CDI on, both bikes were harder starting. The second CDI would not even start, my best guess would be they had to much timing advance.

Stock V-force & K&N Filter
Stock CDI at .1 mile 59 MPH, .2 mile 64 MPH, top speed 66 MPH
Procom CDI at .1 mile 60 MPH, .2 mile 66 MPH, top speed 68 MPH

V-force with Power-pro pipe & K&N Filter
Stock CDI at .1 mile 60 MPH, .2 mile 65 MPH, top speed 66 MPH
Procom CDI at .1 mile 61 MPH, .2 mile 68 MPH, top speed 70 MPH
I felt the most noticable change was with this set up, I feel with a jetting change and a few airbox mods ect. ect. there could be even more increases.

White Brother and I will be selling my CDI units and no one will have this spec. And no I will not give my specs out for this reason. Also for all of you that are waiting for a box, don't think it's going to make any big difference on a stock V. This is a mod for a built motor!
