bayou 185 problem

Default bayou 185 problem

hi i have a 1985 klf bayou. there is a wire comming out of the rear and it is cut and burnt. i do not know what the wire is for or does. also my electric start does not work. any ideals how to fix it. i can not find a book about it.

LOL no kiddin? ok ok ill be nice [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img] i got a 99 bayou and i saw extra wires.. its just the wireing harnas now... the starting part open ur seat.. do u see 2 plugs that go to gether but are appart? some reason kawasaki made some fricken wire that u can pull appart by just PUTIN UR SEAT ON that controlls ur lights/starter and so on.. if that doesnt help go to a dealership.. they might be happy to help u

my seat is off and i do have lights that work. and i can not find where the other end of the wire is.

yeah like i said same thing happened to me.. 2 wires and for some RETARDED REASON they come appart all the time.. WHY NOT MAKE IT A SINGLE WIRE KAW HUH?? HUH!!!?? lol any way... look around there its not to far.. or take the hanging wire and and the other end unless that is the end and touch em.. dunno keep lookin.. also if u cant find it look under ur front part.. ull see like wires zip tied under the top "hood" so to say.. the top of the bike im saying.. look around
