Default Cam Change P650

Shop won't be done with my quad till monday[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-frown.gif[/img] Iam thinking about going back to stock jets and installing a Dial a Jet to compensate for the lean condition I understand I'll be having, what do you guys think?[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]

03TB - Are you getting the "pinking" all through the powerband or only in parts. I would think that as retarded as the ignition is on the top you wouldn't have any problems with 6* on the top

Gotta offset key coming from Mike Penland should be here thursday
02 P650
dynojet needles 4th notch
dynojet mains 132/136
k&n filter
big gun pipe
diamond G module and snorkel
no air box mods
should probably go to 138/142 on the mains and 5th notch just to be safe
anyone else doing this?
oh by the way my elevationis 1200 ft

Got your machine back yet? How big of jet change did you have to make? Any mid range or top end speed improvement?[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]

Got my machine back have not tested it yet working overtime and very cold here -10F tonight -9 tommorow night will have to wait till saturday for testing going out on the ice on lake wisconsin[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] I can do high speed runs there.

60+ MPH at -10 degrees???!!!!! Maybe I've been in California too long, but that sounds too freakin' cold to do that!

I installed my web cams this weekend took about 5 hrs [not hurrying] took it out on the lake ice. The ice was to rough for any high speed runs but it seems to run and start better,seems to pull harder, only problem was adjusting the valves what a pain [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-frown.gif[/img] can't wait for a chance to open it up since I put on dial a jets,progressive springs, flywheel key and cams in a 3 week period I don't know what it will run like need a straight place to let her rip.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]
