DMF Exhaust?
C&D Racing sells the HMFs for about $460, the cheapest I've found so far. Quiet cores will cost you another $60. HMF and DMCs are about the loudest out there. The quiet cores will lower the db down to about 91, but that is only at 3000 rpm. Once you stab the throttle, your ears will be ringing. I also heard that the Big Gun setup wasn't overly loud.
From what I've heard, the Yoshimuras are about the quietest aftermarket duals on the market. They are pricey, at about $675. Mine are supposed to be here next week. I also have a set of HMFs on the way, but once I heard them on a buddies bike, I knew the sound was not for me (very loud).
The Yoshis don't give the power gains of the HMFs, but I'm willing to give up a HP or two for a lower noise level.
