Well now we just need someone to try it and see how it goes. I guess you could make two plates that spin on each other like a salt shaker lid, you could close it or open it by just turning it. I better patent this idea before I say any more.

 

On my sons 110 mojave there is a removable end baffle, it would not move untill i drilled it out but now that it is out i can replace it by inserting it and slapping the bolt in. made a little difference on low end but dont like the scratches on the pipe that were left behind.
