Default Help me build a plow mount for a 700/650

I have a cycle country plow set up but need to mount it to my p700, What ideas do you guys have on how to build the mounts, looks like moose uses a solid plate on the bottom or something??? wouldn't that block air flow?
And cycle country has some goofy system on the floorboards which don't look real strong?? both are about $50.. crazy money for a bracket. Help..........

I have the CC ones and you could probably build something stronger, but I don't think you really need anything stronger.

I also have a cycle country plow (60" steel) and have plowed fairly hard using CC's floorboard brackets. They went on easy, work just fine. I happen to be a structural engineer and looked at the brackets closely when installing them. Don't think you would have any problems with them strength-wise.

CC recommends removing them for ground clearance after plowing season - something to keep in mind if you're going to build your own.
