Default What spring to use?

I want to improve the way my Prairie shifts the CVT. Right now, when I hit around 45 MPH, the acceleration really slows down. How can I improve this, WITHOUT raiseing(spelling?) the stall speed? Also, would I want to change the weights?

Search this forum for "spring". This seems to be a big mod.

Try the EPI "pink spring"in the primary clutch. . It'll give you the mid-range "punch" that you are looking for. OR put a stock P-700 primary spring in. The primary spring should take you about 20 min. to install.....it's a piece of cake! BTW-- The Dalton "blue spring" is about the same spec. Either choice is good, in my book!

Call Dale at Dalton Springs-902-897-3333. He will tell you all you want to know, and more.

Dalton recommends the "blue spring". I talked to Dale last summer.

My V-Force didn't have "a ton of back shift", after installation of the blue Dalton spring.
