Default Engine Brake Control

I took my bike into the dealer for full service last week. I haven't ridden it since except to plow this morning. After about a half hour, the EBC stopped working in low range, 2WD and 4WD. I could hear a ratcheting sound in low when not under load. Works fine in high. It has about 1100 miles on it.

I know he took the converter cover off to blow it out, even though I told him I had recently installed a new belt, which is a little tight.

Don't know what else he did, but it goes into gear easier. It was only a very minor problem before. I haven't taken the cover off or looked at the actuator yet.

The only other thing different was that I had him put Polaris 0W-40 synthetic oil in it. I had been using 10W-40 petroleum oil before.

Any ideas?
