Locking Diff
#1
I"ve been hauling wood & the locking front Diff saved me on my P650.Snow & ice slick woods pulling a 3.5 ft x4.5 trailer loaded with oak fire wood up a 30 degree trail.Couldn't use the truck or tractor,to soft. The locking Diff made the differance.Only time I really have needed it.Wouldn"t be without it now. I have to and if you punch it while holding in the diff WOW better hang on i almost shot off a hill. It really does save you though i found out shooting frozen creeks and i fell through it was about 2 or 3 feet deep i was in 2 wheel then put it in 4wheel still no luck so i pulled the diff and back up a little a put it in low range bam i was out.

Little note:
If you pick up a small quick release strap and have it easy access you can use the strap for a locking the diff on. This way we get the best of both worlds. I've used this technique haulling logs in the spring for bridges etc... and it made it super easy.
