The Prairie shop manual says that you should replace the gaskets whenever you change you diff oil. Can anybody tell me if this is true. Do you guys always replace yours between oil changes? Thanks.

Default Drain plug gaskets

Hi Kurt. For what its worth, I have changed my front and rear fluids three
times now and have not replaced the gaskets per the manual. I have not
had any problems or leakage. Just use a torque wrench and torque to the
manual's specs to make sure you don't overtighten the plugs and strip the
threads.
