Jetratt ! If you have the money change both springs wieghts and clutch cover..Dalton makes a great kit...I will be getting mine as soon as my wife calms down about the tracks...
But for 20 bucks a spring from EPI or whoever will make all the differance....

The pink spring has a Zero stall (engagement) rate, as does the stock spring. The pink spring gives a higher shiftout. Adding the shims will slightly increase both.
how much stall can I run on my V-Force with out doing damage on everyday trail riding?

I'm running the HPD plain with a 32 stall and have no problems with it on trails, I just bought the Polaris yellow with a 40 stall rate but haven't had a chance to try it yet. I don't even notice the stall anymore.

Has anyone tried the hyperflow kit on thier KFX 700 V-Force yet? If so do you like it? I am torn between that and the K&N.

Stall is the point where your clutch engages, the stock and EPI Pink spring have a 0 stall rating so your clutch engages as soon as you give it gas, the higher the stall the more rpm's it takes to engage.

Where did you find your K&N powerpak? I contacted K&N and they told me all they offer is an air filter. For everybodies info, I talked with a guy who works for Elko and he recently installed a big bore kit on his KFX 700. It is now a 785. His exact words were nothing can touch his bike at all. He said that he is eating banshees for lunch. I should be recieving information on the kit via email in the next couple of days. If you would like this information drop me an email.
