Default schredded CV boot question

I was changing my oil and doing some general cleaning and maint when I discovered the cause of my new clacking noise. My left front CV boot is schredded, It is full of junk too, must have happened a few rides ago, and its been too cold to do anything but gas and go.
I never hit anything, never pulled any sticks out, never sunk in mudd that deep so I have no idea when it happened.
This might be a stretch, but what are the chances my good times warranty will cover this? If not, and I replace the boot, it should cover the joint anyway right? I just had new knuckles put on it this past year and my dealership is pretty good, but maybe something they did......???. anybody else have experience with this? Thanks! John.

What dealer are you doing business with? I see you are in Jacksonville and Jacksonville Kawasaki isn't woth 2 cents on any warranty work. Try Kawasaki Sports Center in Little Rock. You would have a better shot there. I bought a bike and a quad from the Tacketts at Jacksonville and they never wanted to do any warranty work. Now I do all my business with Tom at Little Rock.

Default schredded CV boot question

Wow, quite the opposite experience here. i bought mine at Kawasaki Sports Center, and they allways have at least a 3 week lead time every time I call, and dont seem to want to do anything. Jacksonville kawi did the knuclkes with no questions asked, and did it fairly quick other than waiting for parts. I dont mind KSC, but Im not gonna drive that far down to drop it off, and wait that long if I can get it fixed locally and faster. Ever used Searcy's new dealership? I havent, but havent heard anything about them.
