IMO, the stock exhaust is adiquate for your quad until enough other mods are made... the stock intake snorkle is probably the biggest restriction, then the air filter, if not perfectly maintained... ( most people acxtually over oil thier air filters, which causes them to be very restrictive... even the aftermarket air filters will be very restrictive if over oiled )... quite honestly for the cost of my full Pendland series Big Gun system, I noticed the least amount of improvement, & the biggest amount of cost, in replaceing my exhaust... the aftermarket exhausts are alot lighter, & I love the way it sounds, but I don't think the exhaust really made any noticable performance increase untill I flowed my heads & added the big bore kit...

I've got a pro clutch kit installed, HL module on order and a twin air filter, so you think that I wouldn't need a different exhaust, also a dyno carb kit on order

IMO, the stock intake snorkle is the biggest restriction, it, at it's smallest opening, is only about the size of a golf ball... I'd highly reccomend the DGR snorkle, or the NAPA hose, before rejetting...

Do you have a part number for the NAPA hose?

Here's a thread on the subject of the NAPA hose...

http://forums.atvconnection.com/mess...d1=NAPA%20hose

I have a Four Stroke Tech 750cc kit installed, I warped my heads ( hot too many times, & she was tired from racing for 2 years, so I treated her to the FST kit... I had the heads planed .007" at the same time, & sent to a flow bench shop... the FST cams that come with the kit are as radical as you can get... total cost with all parts labor & custom machining was around $2,700.00 ( about the cost of a stock Kawi rebuild )... but now it is actually scairy to drive...
