Default Spring thing for the V

would someone explain to me how all the springs affect my v and where I can get them please keep it color coated.

i run at altitudes from 4000-6000ft. and my v if heavily modified please help i need it to wheelie a little less

the spring determines the amount of pressure to be applied to the belt in order to engage trans.
if u have stock spring there is not alot u can do

If you are worried about wheelies of the start, you could install a spring with a higher stall rate. Call Dale at Dalton Industries. He'll answer all of your questions, and point you in the right direction.

Hey LUVMIKFX700, I run at about the same altitudes, sometimes a little higher. I run the EPI pink spring, but it has zero stall, not a good spring if you don't want to wheelie. Look for a spring that has a little stall in it...If you are like most, you may have to buy several to see what works best. What Mods do you have? I am curious about your jetting..

well right now my quad is in the shop at alba will be for a few months there gatheing together numbers for a quote ill post when its done itll be over 800cc's by then.
