mojave owner need help

Default mojave owner need help

Is there someone that can help me?? I want to know if I can get out my mojave motor with out getting anything off the motor.

I have taken mine out several times, if I remember right you have to bring the back of the trans out slightly ahead of the rest.




01 mojave
fst 411
fst cams
fst cdi
supertrapp race pipe
maier black race cut

You will have to take the kick starter off, The reverse cable loose, drain the radiator and take the hoses loose, Take the exhaust loose, the throttle cable loose, and the left foot peg off. you should then be able to get it out the left side

You can loosen the chain enough to get it off of the sprocket in the frt. Then when you remove the swing arm bolt and slide the swing arm back the chain will go with it. If the chain will not loosen enough the easiest way is to just take the frt sprocket off.

Never had time to start it. Too busy building modded mojaves. I just started putting pics of my projects in picturetrail instead. Click on the Greenestreak Racing link below if you have not seen them.
