Default turning p700 into a racer

anybody here have any suggestions for me. i'm going to be switching from a 400ex to a p700 this year. i'll be racing local xc races and need to know what mods to do first. i all ready know that the stock tires need changed, but besides that what should i do? and, are your quads still able to do the normal around the house chores? i still need it to plow snow, haul wood, and tow the gang mower. any suggestions are apprecated.

Click on PRAIRIEWRENCHES camera & check out his pics & mods... his is more race specific... mine gets used for nearly everything,

if you want to get started, a set of Elka front springs, don't remove the front rack, unless you make a strut to go across the rear rack bolts to support the tops of the front shock towers, by pass the belt trip switch, add the V Force reinforcing ring to the rear axel, teather kill swich, the right tires & wheels... your machine will be pretty competitive... add the new CDI when it comes out... your quad should be very competitive... after that, look at some of the motor mods & get your driving down, & you'll be leading the class in your area...
