Picked up my Dealers' p700 with the track kit on it on the weekend!!.......Absolutely Phenomenal!! I ran 7 gallons of fuel through this transformed Monster in 2 days and I couldn't believe where this thing was taking me!! I'm in eastern Canada and in most spots here there are 3 1/2 to four full feet of snow, and I could find nothing to challenge this machine. The first test was a 12 to 15 foot snow bank with 5 or 6 day old, soft slushy snow and it BACKED up to the top of it til I could literally stand up on the foot rest and grab leaves on a tree that was behind the bank.....only problem was that I was trying to hang on so I wouldn' t go frontwards right over the handle bars cause it was such a steep incline!!!!!.....I met up with a neighbor of mine with a 570 twin sled, and he followed me with his jaw dropped when I wen into this steep gully we call "the Ravine" I'm talking a huge V shapped Gully! He said I was nuts to go in there but I planted the big V twin and ate the Gully for lunch. I stopped at the bottom the second time and got off the machine only to sink up to my waist in soft snow!!!!! Anyways I'm gonna wrap this up by saying That with 4 feet of soft snow going places that makes snowmobilers wince......these tracks blew me and my buddies minds!!!!! I'll have some pics when the neighbor sends them to me!! One thing I can guarantee you......there will be a set of these on my '03 p650 next November when the snow starts flying for sure.......if anyone has a chance to try these things out or are thinking about buying, do not hesitate, I'm serious when I say it will boggle your mind how these perform! My dealer Taxes included, installed for $3100 Canadian

 

Sounds to me like your the dealer making an sales pitch.

 

Dealer went in for Carpal Tunnel surgery so I took advantage of it. no sales pitch from me, just telling about my experience cause i Know alot of my friends were curious and I would imagine alot of others are also! I know I was. All I'm saying is if ya gotta chance to try it......it's a blast

I've seen a track kit in action as well, it is amazing what you can tackle with them!

 

I've seen em in the mags for $4500 US, thats like 2 bazillion in Can. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] This seems like a really good price.

 

I know brownstr, and he's definitly not the dealer. He did in fact have that P700 for the weekend on loan from the dealer.

 

Yup! Sleds and Treads here in sussex. really good price. He's moved out 12 sets of track kits last year and 2 so far this year. pretty good for a small town dealer

 

A set of tracks and the bucket attachment from ground hog atv would make yer quad into a Bobcat. $4k for tracks and bucket and you still have yer atv after removing the stuff.

 

need more info.... What manufacture tracks are they? are they snow trax?
