I have the napa hose (part #7335) that I plan on installing along w/ a twin air filter (if it comes in) and then i going to do the nyroc muffler mod. My ? is will jb-weld hold the muffler cap on or should I get it welded? Also, do you think I will need to rejet - I ride in north Georgia (dont know the elevation). Other than increasing air in and out I dont know of any other mods I want to do right now...Any adivse is GREATLY appreciated!

I'm doing the same mods as you, then wait for the new cdi to come out and do that. I've been told you have to rejet with more air. Also, I've read to do the WOT shutdown and plug check to see if rejetting is needed.
Am waiting for a jetting answer right along with you. Thanks for any info fellas.

I just completed the Nyroc muffler mod. It was Simple! As far as welding, find a exhaust/muffler shop and I bet they will weld it for $10. I havent ridden mine except 1 city block and back. It does seem to help!

OK, I too am getting ready to start modding the Prairie. I have ordered the DG snorkle, dial-a-jets, K&N filter, outerwear, and plan on doing the NYROC muffler mod. (If i dont get the Biggun pipe 4 sale on ebay) My Q has to do with jetting. I thought to make more power you had to add more fuel? If thats true than just by doing these mods (and not re-jetting) you will NOT make more power you will just run leaner. (assuming you were jetted correctly in the first place) Can anyone shed any light on this subject for me?? Thanx
