could someone see if they have play in there steering post,I noticed that while standing if i pull straight up there is play. hopefully this is normal as I dont think I have ever pulled straight up on the bars unless I was riding thus not hearing or feeling any play. thank you

 

I don't know, but IMO, that would accerate wear, & is probably not normal... I would think there would be a nut there to tighten your stem... if it hasn't loosened up, it could indicate a failed bearing...
