Not only are they brittle (the limiteds) but replacing them costs twice as much... hard to do better than about 800 bucks for fronts and rears.
I busted mine laying it over too. No roll, no mechanical damage, just a slow speed tip over on its side and that stuff exploded. Zip ties are getting the job done, and these things are for riding not for looking at, but still it was soo beautiful. But now it's like a pretty girl with a scar to me... better than just a pretty girl.

sorry kevin for the raw deal with carbon plastic, i must say the green is pretty tough i came off the top of a hill at hatfield mccoy trail in west va and it rolled about 5 times only broke 3 mounts at the fenders and 1 crack in the real fender hard to even see the damage.
