Try adding one thing at a time.... Also your tires could be bigger than stock and you are going just as fast but the bike isn't reading it.

It could be that you are running lean, from the new exhaust, too.

You need to balance the air flow through your engine... you are not the first person to report this ( most of the time, it is Nyroc muffler mod questions... )... I would have thought that with the DGR snorkle, & the exhaust, you would have been ok... there are alot more forum members that have this same problem, than will admit it... I honestly think that my PSBG exhaust sounds great, but didn't offer any performance gains at all, until I installed my Big Bore kit, with flowed heads, & radical cams... BUT...

one thing that doesn't get discussed here is the difference between horsepower & torque... in general, a ( car or truck for example ) will develope peak torque with a smaller but free flowing exhaust, & develope more horsepower with a larger but free flowing exhaust... I think what you are seeing here, is that your stock cams are not breathing well enough, or timed properly, for the amount of air that you are flowing ( loss of restriction )... This is why a disk type of exhaust system is really the ultimate, as far as performance is concerned... if you had a dyno available, you could power tune your quad, by adding or subtracting disks... the main problem with this type of system IMO, is that you should really pull the disks once a month or so to clean the disks & keep the disk retaining screw's threads clean of carbon, to keep them from stripping out... this is assuming that the quad is actually jetted correctly... 9 times out of 10, the dealership will not know how to ( or take the time to ) do this properly ... they may have just installed jets 1 size up & sent it out the door... do a WOT run, & shut it off while at WOT, & read the plugs... if infact you are jetted correctly, then you probably need more back pressure, or a change of cams, or cam timing to get back, & surpass your old level of performance...
