Default VFORCE OIL LIGHT QUESTION?

Was out on the trails today and noticed my oil light was on i stopped right away thinking that i was low ?but after taking a look found it to be perfict ,started it back up and after a few mins it went off ,what could have caused this to happen ,was doing a few jumps and stuff but nothing more than a reg days ride .quad has been perfict up to this point .please help if u can .thanks

heh, i had this happen a few times when i first got mine, water would set it off alot, whenever i'd ride through large mud pits or water... dunno wtf is up with it.

has it gone away ,i thought it may be a bad oil sensor but it seems to be ok checked the wire out as well .thanks for the help

ohh, is it still on now? i noticed when i first got mine it was on and off for a good first month or so, i really have no clue what was up. either the sensor finally failed completely, or... it just stopped doing it. mine would do it once or twice a ride IF water was involved it seemed like. i've never just had it go on for normal riding. i was assuming somehow or another there was water getting into or around the sensor, or where the wires connect maybe shorting it somehow, though i really have no clue what the sensor looks like and where it is, just a rough guess, haha.
