I'm new to this forum and don't know if this question has been addressed but I'll ask anyway. Has anyone done any modifications to that nightmare of an airbox on the Mojave?? I'm thinking about modifing a TRX250R airbox to work but I wanted to see if anyone has done anything different. Thanks for any imput.

 

I removed mine completely and went to a K&N clamp-on with prefilter. I know others have done the same with uni. The stock airbox stinks. You will need to run a crankcase breather tube up by the steering stem and rejet your carb to around a 136-140 main, depending on exhaust.
