Do u have the specs for the pulley holding tool you made or can u make some up for me. It would be greatly apreciated.

 

nm i made my own. Can you get the drive pulley off without having to use that puller bolt. Can't it just slide off?

 

All I did was remove the 19mm bolt and the clutch cover and then just line it up on the square and drill the three holes. I heard you can also stick a screw driver thru the clutch to hold it but I was afraid to try it because I didn't want to break anything.

 

Thers no getting around using the puller bolt it's on way to tight.
