I just couldn't STAND it! I just can't wait for others to report! But I will have to wait anyway because they do not ship for a week or 2.
I called them today and they knocked off 10% with free ground shipping.
I can't wait. A Rincon owner has been running his trap about how he is gonn stomp me when we meet up at the riding area. I think the Prairie will do it stock but with the FS it should make for a good time.

therock,
FYI: Everyone who orders the new cdi before the end of April is supposed to get that "early bird" 10% discount. Don't feel bad about waiting 2 weeks b/c I called the same day they started selling the cdi's (Monday, 3/22) to place my order and I was told today when I called them that mine would be shipped out on April 5th...At this point, I'm like a 5 year old waiting on Santa to come to my house.

Hurry up Santa!

That Rincon doesn't stand a snowballs chance in hell! Spot him 50 feet, I bet you'll STILL beat him!

There's a guy around here with a tincan,, I mean Rincon with a big bore kit in it! He put it in after one of the Prairies I've done a few mods to raced him and beat him very bad! LOL!! I have been trying to get him to race one of the Prairies I've been getting ready for the harescramble series but he always seems to have someplace else to be that day! LOL!!!!! In other words, don't worry about racing the Rincon,,,, maybe make it fare, race him in reverse! LOL!!!!

Rincons aren't made for dragging.....at least not made for dragging with a Prairie. I raced a modified Rincon with mine back when the carbs were way out of adjustment and beat him slightly. Now that mine is adjusted right, it's not a contest. Rincons have their uses, such as something to use on long distance trail cruises where the seat time can get to you after a few hours. I've never understood why someone would buy one to use as a mudder, or to try to outrun someone else, or to pull a load. I'd love to be on one if I went to Utah and road some of those trails that go hundreds of miles.

I have lots of time on a Rincon. The STEERING is so light there is almost no feedback felt. It makes me green with envy. It is plush too. The ATR's affected it some but it is still the most comfrortable. The rear suspension just about has no Srub. Scrub is how much the rear wheels move in and out towards each other as the rear of the machine bounces up and down. Honda's rear suspension is probubly the best in the business. On an older Suzuki if you lift the rear end up the tires really move in alot.
My dis-likes are the rough-ish motor and the silly transmission. No engine breaking. No racks to speak of. No storage. No real front bumper. Floor boards that feel like peggs. Front to Rear weight distribution ratio. No locking front diff.
My friend has no idea how a P runs. It will be fun doing it the first time with the Dynatek. He will pull over the next time a P comes along.
