After tires, what are some of your best recommendations to help thread the 600 lbs p650 thru the trees.
Looking for feed back on the progressive springs which I have heard a little bit about and the elka's which I know exist but I never hear anyone talk about on this forum.

Do a search, you will find tons of info on the front springs. I have the Progressive's which work good, but would now spend the extra money and buy the dual rate Elka's.

Thanks. I did the search and saw a couple of guys are real happy with the elka's. I think I will go with those on the front and leave the rear shock stock.
As sporty as the p650 is for a utility quad, it sure is a handful compared to my z400 to fly through the corners.

I have the ELKAs and I wish that I had put them on as soon as I got my quad. You can't imagine what a difference it makes.

Mikem700- If you adjust the preload you can change the amount of lift. But the ride and performance is what is so incredible.

I put the Progressive springs on my P700, and love them! $110 delivered and 2hrs of work, totally changed how the P700 handles. Even at the lowest setting, it doesn't nose-dive anymore, and still rides smooth. Also noticed it doesn't bottomout as before. I run mine a couple of turns from bottom, and I keep up or pass all the sport quads through the trails. And that's still on the stock Dun-crap tires!! I'm gettin g the 26" ATRs on C5 wheels soon!!
