Hey guys, i live in harpers ferry, wv and i am thinking of moving to southern wv, near hatfields and mccoys trails. i have never been there but have heard alot of good things about it. Can anyone give me any info on the area. thinking of moving close to ona, wv. It would just be nice not to have a house payment. Any info would be appreciated. thanks

 

i live in huntington and have been to the hatfield mccoy trails a few times the on at the water works is the closest if u have any question just ask the place i work does alot of work for the trails i live about 10 min from ona thanks alot man later

 

Hey Man, I lived in Ona beside the race track for about 6-7 years. I just moved to Huntington last year. There is lots of good riding in that area. Not only at the Hatfield and McCoy trails but everywhere once you meet some people. We ride in Hurricane and there is so much mud there you can't come home clean. I've started in some places that aren't public and rode 70 miles in a day. Granted you have to ride pavement here and there. I'd say give me a shout when you get into town but I'll be in Iraq for the next 4 months as of May 2. The Hatfield trails are great. From Ona you can get to Waterways in a hour, to Logan in 1.5 hours, to Man in 1.75-2 hours, and the other one in about 2.5 hours. Not bad at all though.
