how can i do a wheelie? is it powerfull enough
hey i have a 98 lakota 300cc and i am wondering how to do a wheelie, i recently went to tennessee and my cousen was cat walking his i dont know how can somebody help me???????????????????????????????????????????????? how can i do a wheelie? is it powerfull enough
A wheelie is possble on any atv.I can start my Rancher in 2nd get the front wheels in the air then shift to 3rd while in air.
On my sisters Polaris Trailboss I have to stand on the back bar to get it to ride a wheelie.

i have a l;akota sport and i come to a dead stop and shift upo to 2nd then i hold the foot shifter down and revi it up and let go and it comes up really quaick and easy and you can ride them for miles as long as u hit the balance point.

Riding long-high wheelies looks cool, but it's hard on the motor, as it starves it for oil.... Just a caution to consider....
To leanr to do wheelies... just play with your bike, and start in baby steps.... see what it takes to "pop" a wheelie first, then experiment on controling the up rotation, then finding the balance point. Just remember... we all have learned the hard way one way or another. Just accept the fact that you will end-o your bike a few times learning how to ride decent wheelies and finding the balance point!!! Once you've learned to ride wheelies on one machine, you have to relearn on each different machine... as all are different. BUT, after awhile the learning curve is easier...(and less painful!!)
