700 praire swingarm boot collapsing

Default 700 praire swingarm boot collapsing

my 700 praire swingarm boot is collapsing. it is getting sucked inward is the best way i can describe it. i remember reading about someone else having this problem as well a while back but can't find the post. any idea what is causing this and how to prevent it from happening again?

You know I just was wondering the same thing?? I had just taken most everything off my 700 today! Got some super cool goodies coming in! I wanted to give it a Super good cleaning and once over and saw mine is doing the same thing? wha up wit dat?? ~coop

Default 700 praire swingarm boot collapsing

Hey Guys same thing happened to my 700.Just loosen off clamp a little and air will pump it back up automatically.I did this once and never had to do it again.I know some guys who actually had it sucked in so bad it shredded from the inside -out.

Default 700 praire swingarm boot collapsing

Mine Sucked in Twice. Once it sredded and the second I cought it it time. I has been ok since. I did find a drain plug missing in the swingarm under the diff skid plate. I plugged it. Don't know if this was a factor.
