It's not brain surgury, but you will have to a fair amount of fabrication, welding. Are you asking if they make a kit for it?

IT's simple you just sit down with a case of beer a torch and a welder oh also lot's of thinking. You just have to do it your own way and make it safe to ride.

Is the 600 ninja chain drive?
If so it shouldnt be that big of a deal
My bro and me have done a couple of installs like that years ago
A 66 Honda 160 twin in a go cart....that wasnt quite enuf power
So the next motor was a 78 KZ 650 4cyl......that made things very interesting

I am doing a 2 swaps like this very soon my self just don't have time nor space to start them at the moment. I am swapping a dr 650 motor on to a suzuki lt 230 sport quad. Also have a little go-kart that i am gonna stretch and put a different axel to accomadate a kawasaki 750 something the motor will scream. I will let you all know when it is done....

If you are doing a 600 ninjas swap, you will want to go with a bigger frame, probably a 400ex frame, most mojave swaps are either the ninjas 250, or the 500, and even with that you have to cut the center bar out to custom mount the radiator, and wiring and carb is pretty tight, I ended up getting universal filters for my carb, but moral is, go with a bigger frame, unless you want to do a massive amount of cutting and welding
